Cancellation Policy

Payment A non-refundable deposit of £50 is required to confirm all bookings. The remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment, payable by cash or bank transfer. Hair Orders All hair is ordered bespoke for each client, so hair purchases must be paid for in full at the time of order. Hair must be ordered in advance: at least 10 days before your appointment for tape-ins, and at least 14 days for K-tips and nano beads. Please book your appointment accordingly. Due to the bespoke nature of each order, hair is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. A consultation will take place before your order is placed to ensure it is accurate and tailored to your needs. Cancellations Your £50 deposit is non-refundable and secures your appointment time, which is reserved exclusively for you. Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule. In this case, your deposit can be transferred to your new date. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice, or missed entirely, will result in the deposit being forfeited. A new deposit will be required to rebook. If we need to cancel your appointment, your deposit will be refunded in full or transferred to a new date of your choice. Lateness Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in your appointment being shortened or cancelled. If your appointment is cancelled due to lateness, your deposit will be forfeited. Guests and Children To keep the studio calm and focused, guests are not permitted during appointments. Children may be accommodated by exception, with prior notice, and subject to how busy the salon is on the day. How to Prepare for Your Appointment Please arrive with your hair freshly washed and straightened. Do not use conditioner on the roots, and ensure no products or oils have been applied to your hair. The roots must be completely free of product for the extensions to adhere securely. Your natural hair must be at least 6 inches long. Please avoid blunt cuts before your appointment. If you are providing your own hair, it must be 100% human hair for a more realistic finish and easier maintenance. Our aftercare advice must be read prior to booking. If you are dissatisfied with your installation or have any concerns, please contact us within 1 to 2 weeks of your appointment, and we will resolve the matter free of charge where possible.
